What stands out – both good and bad
The staff's hospitality was fantastic, making me feel right at home. I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, perfect after a long day.
Location was a bit sketchy,, and not ideal for a relaxing evening walk.

the decor here is a confusing mix of colors and plastic ivy, almost like a DIY project gone wrong. to make matters worse, they didn’t have proper towel holders in my room, forcing me to hang towels on a luggage rack! i almost gave this place a decent review, but just couldn’t. absoluteley disappointing in every way.

I appreciated the reasonably priced accommodation with various public transport options nearby. However, the lack of closet space and unclear housekeeping made my stay less comfortable.

Let's start with the vibe, y'all! The rooms are super spacious and smelled amazing—perfect after hitting the local food scene. Plus, there’s a mini fridge for your leftovers from all those tasty spots nearby. And can we talk about the hospitality? It’s like they rolled out a welcome mat just for me!
On the flip side, the cleanliness was a bit of a bummer. I found some crumbs and bits in the sheets, particularly in the bedside area. No blackout curtains to shield the morning light either, and the broken ice machine was a real kicker since we needed ice for an injury.

missingWrote a review on Aug 08noise insulation
The lack of towel hooks in the bathroom was unexpected. Finding no place to dry towels or washcloths was a letdown. The room had minimal noise insulation, allowing for every cough and scream from neighboring rooms to break the peace. Also, the hallway temperature was noticeably warm, leaving me wishing for a cooler breeze on the way to my room. Vacuuming one section of the stair rug would’ve gone a long way in enhancing the overall appearance too.

easy access to parks and local attractions for city explorers
I found this place to be a great base for exploring nearby parks like Penn Wynne Park, which is almost 2 km away, making it perfect for a leisurely Saturday stroll, and with Arlington Cemetery just over 2 km away, I enjoyed discovering this historic site without having to travel far from my accommodation.

It was just a suitable option for short stay in Upper Darby with great value. The staff was friendly and quick to respond when I needed assistance. Bring some snacks, as there's not much nearby for food options.
